Rumor has it that 1337irc group has hacked 'www.elite-scriptaz.net', and this is not the case... Neox, founder of elite-scriptaz, has given us permission to use his domain name to help bring more traffic to the chat community. SO COME ON IN! Chat with us and old time friends and faces... |

1. | You must setup a meeting with the 1337 Council before you can even consider linking. |
|
2. | All IRCd flavors CANNOT be compiled with special character support of +q or +a variables. All channel super powers must be standardize to the RFC-1459 old school method of: @ / % / + characters only. |
|
3. | You will be not be able to utilize your Operator/Admin powers outside of your own network structure when connected to IGPED. You will only be able to filter packets from outside influences through your own IRCd filtering engines. |
|
4. | Services will not be controlled from any sole server or network. All new joining networks are given access to their OWN SQL table inside the Global Services database on our remote site. This way all admins can merge over their existing databases of registered users and can control the retrieval/modification for their own database of users. |

After a brief... I mean LOOOONG hours spent searching google for a custom Services Daemon that utilized a remote MySQL database for handling channels and users, we have decided it'd be easier to rob a bank. Since none of us really have the energy to even goto a bank we'll begin development on a custom services for the IGPED topology we are releasing. |

The public 1337 IRC is now online until we get the main hub box up and functional. You can visit the irc @ box.1337irc.net on port 6667 for normal users and port 6697 for SSL paranoid users. Keep it clean and keep it real. We are taking offers to link up other servers for the 'public release' of 1337's Isolated Gateway Packet Exchange Daemon (IGPED). |

After a few years in the making, 1337 IRC's Topology is finally ready for launching. We hope the theory behind our development of the custom hub structure will help bring underground communities together while at the same time providing protection between servers to allow for neutrality. |
